Attuned is a small consulting firm that offers innovative, high quality applied research, evaluation and related services to not-for-profit and public organizations, projects and programs.
Attuned began in 2013 as a sole proprietorship owned by Sarah Parkinson, and incorporated a year later. Based in Ottawa, Attuned operates both within Canada and internationally.
Attuned works both internationally and domestically within Canada. Its clients are primarily government and not-for-profit agencies, and include any agency with a development or social mission.
Areas of expertise and experience include: agricultural extension, ICTs for development, rural livelihoods, gender equity and empowerment, community development, education, public housing, immigration and resettlement, public policy analysis, and research for development.
Geographic areas where the Attuned team has experience include Canada, Uganda, South Africa, Ghana, Senegal, Mozambique, the United States, Afghanistan, Colombia, Venezuela, Trinidad & Tobago, and Peru.
